Project launch: Introducing the EYE4SDGs Project! 400 youth. 3 countries. 2 continents.1 unstoppable mission. “Enhancing Youth Empowerment for the Sustainable Development Goals”, is a bold, dynamic movement uniting 400 passionate youth from three countries, Belgium, Kenya and Uganda. With a singular mission: to bridge the gap between policy and people for a sustainable future. From the vibrant streets of Kisumu to the dynamic communities in Arua, reaching all the way to the innovative hubs of Ghent, a powerful collection of young changemakers, are rising to reshape the way Sustainable Development Goals are envisioned, implemented. We believe that to achieve the sustainable development goals, the largest demographic alive, youth, must be co-creators and implementers of change. Together with diverse stakeholder communities we aim to meaningfully engage young people, equip and empower them with world-class skills needed to achieve the SDGs globally. Young people and marginalised youth, policy makers, leaders and next generation trailblazers, YOU ARE THE ENGINE, needed towards driving transformative impact for this vision in bridging continents, cultures, and communities under a unified mission.
